Media relations
A section for media representatives. It brings together the laws and external resources that govern work with the press, and it is where an information request is submitted to the Press Service of the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
An information request is a request for factual information about the work of the Center: dates, figures, the programme of events, a comment on a particular occasion. It is handled faster than official correspondence precisely because it does not replace it.
A request filed through the portal must meet all of these conditions:
- The request concerns factual information about the work of the Presidential Center of the RK Dates, figures, the programme of events, a comment on a particular occasion.
- The request is not a complaint A complaint is handled under administrative procedure and is submitted through e-Otinish.
- The request does not need an official signed reply (with a digital signature) A signed document is requested through Dokumentolog.
- The request does not call for a management decision A request to approve, permit or change something is an appeal, not an information request.

Single appeals mechanism
A question that is not a media information request can be sent through the portal’s single appeals mechanism: the appeal is given a registration number and a reply deadline, and the correspondence is visible in your personal account.
